We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’re happy to help. You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date unless otherwise noted. To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be unused, undamaged, and unopened in their original packaging. If a product has been used, we’ll issue a store credit refund instead. Please note that Therabody products are non-refundable, and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you have any questions, we’re here to assist you!

Allergic reactions must be reported to our store within 72 hours by calling 602.955.2354.

Please notify us via email if you will be exchanging a product you have purchased online at info@citrinebeautybar.com. List your invoice number and reasons for the exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once merchandise has arrived back to us and has been inspected, the refund will then be issued.
